How do I return?

• Enter your email and order number above
• Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Goods will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Prior to sending your return please read the below and the condition of goods section:

• They must be in original condition
• Clothing, tags attached, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• Footwear must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear to the soles
• Earrings are not accepted for return due to hygiene reasons
• Swimwear is not accepted for return due to hygiene reasons

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• Returns via our Collect+ are charged at £3.95, creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £3.95 from your refund
• Alternatively, you can return via your own method at your own cost, we advise a sign for service as Dare Boutique is not responsible for any item(s) whilst in transit (remember to submit your return request and await approval before sending)
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• International returns must be clearly marked *RETURN* as Dare Boutique we will not be liable for any duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/credit
• If your return is approved, then your refund/credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Condition of Goods

Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear, washing, make-up, odour, deodorant, perfume or tanning products. Therefore, please take care when trying items on.

·         Embellished items may over time lose crystals and studs and this is the nature of the item and not deemed faulty

·         Leather items may fade over time and appear distressed or worn this is the nature of the item and not deemed faulty

·         Silk items may vary due to being a natural fabric and this is not deemed faulty

Dare Boutique is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Dare Boutique aims to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be returned to you immediately.
